PICHET Bar was first opened in 2017 in the heart of the former French Concession in Shanghai. By shaping it's concept, building a community and bringing a qualitative and affordable menu, as well as a retail space for cold-cuts, cheese, and wines, PICHET quickly became one of the busiest spot on any given night. With 12 years of experience, well before PICHET, the co-founding team is now ready to expand to roll-out the French Deli across Shanghai and beyond. Green Plant Based F&B & Retail Concept - Seed Round Closed

NextStep [F&B] Studio worked with the founders of this ambitious project (non-disclosable) to create a full line of good vegan products targeting both retails and F&B outlets, while also developing their own point of sales. This project is based on strong values to make healthy food a commodity around China and the world. NextStep Studio worked on finding private investors, define the deal structure and assist with the negotiation part.

Urban Food Group - Thai Restaurant Concepts - EXITED

With currently 2 restaurants in Shanghai (1 under Urban Thai, and 1 under KIN Urban Thai Kitchen). An authentic, cozy Thai cuisine restaurant chain opened in 2011 and listed among the Top 100 Shanghai Restaurants list. In 2018, Urban Thai signed a strategic partnership with a leading hospitality group to accelerate its expansion and opened its 3rd restaurant, KIN Urban Thai Kitchen, in the heart of the Former French Concession in Shanghai.
